Obtain RF Design information (2nd Cut Release)

Collect CFE equipment and deliver to Construction Site Assemble antenna

mounts; incl. RET's and½" fly leads Mount antennas, RRU's /TMA's,

triplexers / diplexers.

Interconnect and seal all connection points

Fit cable clamps along cable route. Install interconnect cabling (incl. Earth)

Antenna azimuth/ tilt adjustment (3Z or Smart align tool)

Connectorize cable ends/ Sweep test (*Where requ.)

Install and commission Rectifier and Battery system

Install *BTS / DBS equipment; interconnect and test

Install Alarm panel / IDF and terminate test Alarms

Install O/H gantry solution

Site -finishing services (e.g. sealing ducts, waste management)

Project Management and Customer reporting (Daily)

Quality Assurance inspection

As Built documentation & Customer Asset Register update
